App Activation Settings

The App Activation Settings page in phone.systems™ helps to configure email invitation expiration and manage the maximum number of active applications per user. These settings help control user access and resource allocation.

Invitation expiration

  • Defines how long an email invitation remains valid before expiration in days.

  • Users must activate their accounts before the invitation expires.

Active app limit

  • Specifies the maximum number of active applications a user can have at the same time.

  • Helps prevent excessive resource usage

  • Can be used to prevent the usage of a single user application being used by multiple end-users

Update App Activation Settings

To update your App Activation Settings, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings in phone.systems™.

  2. Open the App Activation Settings tab.

  3. Modify the Invitation expiration and Active app limit values.

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.
