Quickstart with Email Broadcasts

This guide covers how to create and schedule Email broadcasts to reach your contacts in the DIDWW Messaging Platform.

Email broadcasts allow you to deliver time-sensitive announcements, offers, and targeted messages to specific contact lists or segments.

Setting up email broadcasts is essential for executing effective communication campaigns. With broadcasts, you can reach large audiences instantly, manage delivery timing, and maintain compliance with messaging standards.

Before You Begin

Before creating an Email broadcast, ensure you have the following:

  • A List or Segment of Contacts – Required to select message recipients. If you haven’t set up contacts, see Quickstart with Contacts.

  • An Email Template – Required for the email channel to define message content and formatting. If you haven’t created one, see Quickstart with Email Templates.

  • A Verified Sending Domain – Required to ensure your emails are delivered successfully. To verify a domain, visit Email Domain Verification.

  • Email Credits – You must have email credits to send emails successfully. To purchase them, visit the messaging platform menu in DIDWW User Panel .
