Message Logs

Message logs record all inbound and outbound messages, capturing details such as the time of creation, contact information, and phone numbers. These logs are essential for tracking communications, diagnosing issues, and maintaining accurate records.


Outbound Message Logs

The Outbound SMS log section provides users with detailed data about both successful and unsuccessful messages.

Users can apply the following filters to refine the outbound SMS logs (Fig. 1):

  • Created At: Specifies the time range when the message was created.

  • Status: Specifies the status of the message.

  • Channel: Specifies the channel used to send the message.

  • Contact: Specifies the contact to whom the message was sent.

  • Conversation ID: Specifies the conversation ID of the message.

  • Broadcast: Specifies the broadcast used for the message.

  • SMS Campaign: Specifies the SMS Campaign used for the message.

  • Source: Specifies the source number used for the message.

  • Destination: Specifies the destination number used for the message.

To view detailed information for a single message log, click the reveal symbol reveal_button on the left side of the message log (Fig. 2).

The single message log displays all the details about the message, including the Content (Fig. 3).

Outbound message logs are available for the current month and the previous two months.



Inbound Message Logs

The Inbound SMS log section provides users with detailed data about both successful and unsuccessful messages.

Users can apply the following filters to refine the inbound SMS logs (Fig. 1):

  • Created At: Specifies the time range when the message was created.

  • Message Type: Specifies the type of the inbound message.

  • Channel: Specifies the channel used to send the message.

  • Contact: Specifies the contact from whom the message was received.

  • Conversation ID: Specifies the conversation ID of the message.

  • Source: Specifies the source number from which the message was sent.

  • Destination: Specifies the destination number that received the message.
