Before You Begin
Before creating a WhatsApp broadcast, ensure you have the following:
A List or Segment of Contacts – Required to select message recipients. If you haven’t set up contacts, see Quickstart with Contacts.
A WhatsApp Template – Required for the WhatsApp channel to define message content and formatting. If you haven’t created one, see Quickstart with WhatsApp Templates.
A Verified WhatsApp Business Account – Required to send messages using an approved WhatsApp number. To verify your account, visit WhatsApp Integration.
A Positive DIDWW Balance – Your account balance must be positive to send WhatsApp messages successfully.
