Delivery Method: Email
The Email Delivery Method now supports multiple email destinations. This allows you to receive the same notification or call-recording at several destinations by using a single Email Delivery Method.
The information to be entered is:
A friendly name for identifying this Delivery Method.
The email address to which the message should be sent. This email address may have been previously configured as Contact Method for a specific contact, or may be added as required.
The subject to be included in the email.
The email message text, including the optional dynamic fields as detailed above.

Note
When the file is delivered, its name is automatically generated based on the call metadata. Example format: 2025-05-07 06:57:38 UTC_1234567890_9876543210_20250507065758838.mp3
Each section of the file name includes the following details:
Call start date and time – 2025-05-07 06:57:38 shows when the call began.
Time zone – UTC indicates the time is recorded in Coordinated Universal Time.
Source number – 1234567890 is the number that initiated the call.
Destination number – 9876543210 is the number that received the call.
Delivery timestamp – 20250507065758838 marks when the file was generated for email delivery, in the format YYYYMMDDHHMMSSmmm.
