SMS Logs

SMS logs may be accessed by selecting “SMS Logs” in the Management Portal (Fig. 1).

These logs contain comprehensive SMS data such as when the SMS was received, forwarding address, and the source and destination numbers.

Users may access specific logs for more details according to the SMS direction: Inbound or Outbound.
