Call Logs

The Call Logs section provides a detailed record of all call activity, including inbound and outbound calls. You can perform the following tasks:

  • View call details, such as time, duration, source or destination numbers, and trunk used.

  • Filter logs by call direction (inbound or outbound).

  • Export logs in .csv format for further analysis or reporting.

To access Call Logs, go to the Logs & Analytics menu, select Call Logs, and then choose Inbound or Outbound.

Note

  • Logs can be exported as .csv files from the Exports section.

  • Logs are retained for the current month and the previous two months.
