Call Logs

Call logs may be accessed by selecting “Call Logs” in the User Panel (Fig. 1).

These logs provide comprehensive call data, including the time the call was received, the source and destination numbers, duration, and the VOICE IN trunk used.

Users can access detailed information for specific logs based on call direction: Inbound or Outbound.
