Call Logs
The Call Logs section provides a detailed record of all call activity, including inbound and outbound calls. You can perform the following tasks:
View call details, such as time, duration, source or destination numbers, and trunk used.
Filter logs by call direction (inbound or outbound).
Export logs in
.csv
format for further analysis or reporting.
To access Call Logs, go to the Logs & Analytics menu, select Call Logs, and then choose Inbound or Outbound.
Note
Logs can be exported as .csv files from the Exports section.
Logs are retained for the current month and the previous two months.
