Outbound Message Logs

The Outbound Message Logs page provides a complete overview of all outbound messages sent through the Messaging Platform, across SMS, Email, and WhatsApp channels.

  • Track delivery status of outbound messages

  • Filter and audit messages based on attributes like status, source, destination, campaign, or contact

  • Access detailed delivery and content information for each message

Outbound Message Logs Overview

Channel

Indicates the type of message (e.g., SMS, Email, WhatsApp).

Status

Displays the current delivery state (e.g., Open, Sent, Failed, Clicked, Delivered, Queued, Delivered, Not Delivered).

Source

The sender’s number or email address.

Destination

The recipient’s number or email address.

Automation Flow

The associated automation flow, if the message was triggered through automation.

Broadcast

The broadcast used to send the message, if applicable.

Contact

Linked contact details for the recipient.

Template

The message template used.

SMS Campaign

The campaign associated with the SMS message.

Conversation ID

The unique identifier for the conversation thread.

Created At

Timestamp of when the message was generated.

Time Sent

Timestamp of when the message was sent to the network.

Time Delivered

Timestamp of when the message was successfully delivered.

Price

The cost of sending the message, displayed in account currency.

Charged

Indicates whether the message was billed (Yes or No).
