DIDWW Outbound Trunks provide local and international voice termination for operators and businesses, ensuring high-quality and reliable call routing.

Before you can start using DIDWW Outbound Trunks, you must request access, as this feature is not enabled by default.

This guide provides a short step-by-step overview of the process to obtain access.



How to Access DIDWW Outbound Trunks?

To start the activation process, follow the steps below to request access to DIDWW Outbound Trunks.

Step 1: Open Outbound Trunk Menu

  1. On the DIDWW User Panel Menu, click Voice.

  2. Click Outbound Trunks.

Step 2: Request Access

Click Get Access to start the Outbound Trunk Activation Process.

Note

  • If you have a Personal Account without a Company Name or VAT/TAX ID, you must complete Step 1: Account Details and upgrade to a Business Account before proceeding.

  • If you already have a Business Account but have not provided a Company Website or VAT/TAX ID, you will need to enter these details in Step 1: Account Details to continue to the next step.



Step 3: Fill in a Short Application Form

Provide the required General Information and select the appropriate Anticipated Usage for your outbound trunk.

Choose the right Anticipated Usage:

  • Wholesale: Select this option if your organization plans to act as a reseller, offering our voice termination routes to downstream vendors or customers.

  • Business: Select this option if your organization intends to directly utilize our voice termination services for its own internal and external communication.

Specify the expected number of calls per second your system will generate.

Step 4 (Optional): Additional Requirements for Specific Countries and Target Regions

Some countries require additional information to activate outbound voice trunks for specific target regions:

  • North America: If you selected Anticipated Usage as Wholesale and plan to use your outbound trunk for destinations in the United States, you must provide your FCC Registration Number (FRN). This step is not required if you selected Anticipated Usage as Business.

  • Europe: If you plan to use your outbound trunk for destinations in the United Kingdom, additional information is required.

  • Asia & Asia Pacific: If you plan to use your outbound trunk for destinations in Singapore, additional information is required.

Note

If you do not wish to enable outbound trunking for regions that require additional information, you can toggle them off during setup.

Step 5: Submit the Outbound Voice Trunk Application

After completing the application, click Submit to send your request.

You will receive a notification within 24 business hours regarding the activation of services or if additional details are required.
