Orders
The Orders tab provides an overview of all service orders and their current statuses, such as Completed, Canceled, or Pending. This tab allows users to manage and access detailed information about their orders.
Available Actions:
Export Orders: Export detailed order information in PDF format by selecting a date range and applying additional filters to refine the results.
View Order Details: Click the actions
button or order Reference to view the order details about specific order.
Download Order Confirmation: Click the actions
button to download a confirmation document for selected order.
Filter and Sort Orders: Use the filtering options to refine the list of orders by date, reference, status, or refund status. Additionally, sort the table to organize the data in your preferred order.

Filter and Export Orders
The filter and export orders options allows you to narrow down and customize the list of orders based on specific criteria.
Filter orders using the following options:
Date: Select a predefined range, such as Today, Last 24 hours, This Week, This Month, Last 3 Months, or specify a Custom Range.
Reference: Search by order’s reference number.
Status: Filter by order status: Completed, Canceled, or Pending.
Refunded: Filter by refund status: Yes, No, or Any.

Exporting Orders
Click the button to open the Export Orders section. Then, you can define a date range and apply filters to generate a customized export file.
