Notifications

The “Notifications” tab under the “Account Settings” enables the account administrator to manage how relevant notifications will be distributed. By default, the “Notifications” are assigned with a responsible role(s) to which the notification emails will be automatically delivered.

Note

Up to 10 email addresses can be added to each notification.

To configure a specific notification, navigate to the “Account Settings” menu option and select the “Notifications” section. Under the “Actions” tab, click on the “Edit” button to edit the selected notification (Fig.1).

A window will be displayed in which the recipient account roles can be defined and additional emails added (Fig.2).

The configurable notifications are as follows:

API Key Changes - notifies a user about a new/changed API Key.
Chargeback Notifications - notifies a user about a cancelled or settled chargeback.
CNAM Notifications - notifies a user about any CNAM related actions.
Declined or Missing Payment Method - notifies a user about a cancelled, declined or a missing payment method.
Emergency calling - Notifies a user about any emergency calling related actions.
End User ID/Address Verifications - notifies a user about missing, approved or rejected End User ID/Address verification.
Invoice Notifications - notifies a user about new or void invoices and any changes to invoicing terms.
Low Balance Notifications - notifies a user about a reached account balance threshold or insufficient funds to complete pending orders.
New And Pending Orders - notifies a user about new and pending orders.
Payment Receipts and Cancelations - notifies a user about completed orders, balance changes and cancelled payments.
Porting Notifications - notifies a user about any porting related actions.
Refund Notifications - notifies a user about refunds.
SMS Campaign - Notifies a user about any SMS campaign related actions.
User Deleted - notifies a user about a terminated user access.
VAT Validation Notifications - notifies a user about an Invalid VAT ID.
Voice OUT Balance Limit Reached - notifies a user about a reached 24-hour balance limit for outbound calls.
Wire Transfer Details - notifies a user about events related to wire transfer.
