Configure Emergency Calling Service for Outbound Trunk

The Emergency Calling section in the outbound trunk configuration allows you to manage which DID numbers are permitted for emergency call origination.

Follow these steps to configure the emergency calling service:

Step 1: Edit the Outbound Trunk

Click Edit under the Actions column for the outbound trunk you wish to configure Emergency Calling service.

Step 2: Configure Allowed DIDs for Emergency Calling

You can configure the emergency calling options in one of two ways:

Option A: Allow All Available DIDs

Click Allow all available DID(s) for emergency calling to enable emergency calling for all listed numbers.

Option B: Allow Specific DIDs Only

  1. In the Available CLI(s) section, select the desired DID(s).

  2. Click the right arrow button to move them to the Allowed CLI(s) section.

Step 3: Submit the Changes

Click Submit to save your configuration.

Step 4: View Available CLIs for Emergency Calling

To check which CLIs are enabled for emergency calling:

  1. Go to the Credentials section.

  2. Click the key icon to view the associated CLIs.
