Emergency Calling
Emergency Calling section in the outbound trunk configuration allows you to manage the allowed DIDs for emergency calling.
1. Edit your trunk by pressing “Edit” under “Actions” (Fig. 1).

2a. Emergency services can be enabled by pressing “Allow all available DID(s) for emergency calling” (Fig. 2).

2b. Individual numbers can be selected by marking a DID number in “Available CLI(s)” section and moving it to right side, “Allowed CLI(s)” section, by pressing “Arrow right” button (Fig. 3).

3. Press “Submit” to complete your changes.
To view which CLI is available for emergency calling, click the “key” icon under “Credentials” (Fig. 4).
