My Numbers
The My Numbers section provides an overview of all the phone numbers assigned to your account. This section is designed to help you manage your DID numbers efficiently, offering quick filters, detailed search options, and batch actions for seamless operations (see Fig. 1).
At the top of the page, you’ll find Quick Filter Sections that provide instant access to specific groups of DID numbers based on their status. These filters allow you to quickly identify numbers requiring attention. Filters will disappear automatically if no numbers match their criteria (see Fig. 2).
Quick Filter Sections:
All: Total number of DIDs available in your account.
Active: DIDs that are active (with remaining service time) and configured with an inbound voice trunk and assigned capacity.
Not Configured: DIDs without a voice trunk or with no capacity (either not assigned or set to zero), unable to receive incoming calls.
Awaiting Registration: DIDs waiting for the registration process to be completed.
Terminated: DIDs that have no service time left or have been canceled.
Expiring Soon: DIDs that will not renew automatically because the remaining number of billing cycles is set to zero.
Porting in Progress: DIDs that have been added to your account and are currently in the porting process.
Note
Manually canceled numbers with remaining service time can be restored immediately without renewal.
Expired numbers are moved to the Service Aging Pool (SAP) for 34 days. During this period, they can be renewed before being permanently removed from your account.
For DIDs with an Awaiting Registration status, you can cancel and remove them immediately. If the registration process is not pending or completed, the DID will be automatically removed, and a refund will be issued.
You can search for DID numbers using multiple filter options. Search by entering the DID number, Description, or by selecting the Country and Region (see Fig. 3).
Note
- With the DID number filter, you can specify one of the following methods:
Contains: This mode searches for DID numbers that include the sequence of characters you specify. Use this for partial matches.
Select: This mode allows you to choose from a predefined list of DID numbers. It’s ideal when you know the exact number or set of numbers you need.
Bulk Input: This mode lets you input multiple DID numbers at once, separated by commas. This is useful for bulk operations. Enter the numbers in this format ex.: +35319609036,+35319600837.
For more specific criteria, click the Filters button to access additional filtering options (see Fig. 4).
On the right side of the screen, you can export DID numbers by clicking Download CSV button or add new numbers by clicking . At the bottom of the screen, you can use Batch Actions for selected DID numbers (see Fig. 5).
Status / Time left Overview
This column shows the status of your DID number with color-coded circle icons, so you can quickly check the current condition of each number. It also displays the number of days remaining until the DID number expires, alerting you to upcoming renewals or required actions.
If additional registration is required to meet country-specific regulations, a regulatory end-user verification icon appears next to the Time Left field. This icon indicates the status of the verification and whether any action is needed to activate the number.
DID Number Status Indicators
Green circle: The DID number is active, configured, and ready to receive incoming calls.
Yellow circle: The number is not configured, is about to expire, or is awaiting registration. This indicates that configuration or updates may be needed.
Red circle: The number is blocked and cannot receive incoming calls.
Additional information displayed in tooltip on hover:
Billing Cycles Left: Displays the number of remaining billing cycles. If the DID number is set to renew automatically, “Unlimited” is shown. If a set number of billing renewal cycles is configured, the remaining number of cycles is displayed.
Expiry Date: Displays the exact date and time when the DID number will expire. If there are remaining billing cycles, the number will automatically renew on this date.
End-User Verification Status Indicators
Active: The end-user details have been verified and approved. The DID number is active.
Pending: The end-user details are under review. The DID number is not active yet.
Rejected / Not assigned: The DID number requires verified end-user details to be activated. You need to assign or update the end-user information and resubmit it for verification.
When you hover over the icon, you can quickly view end-user details, check the verification status, assign end-user details, or click the verification reference to open the Verification Details page.
Note
If previously approved and still active end-user details are assigned, and the registration requirements meet the DID number’s regulatory requirements, the end-user verification will be automatically approved after the successful assignment of the end-user details.
Identity & Services Overview
On the My Numbers page, the Identity and Services columns show details about the digital identity associated with each DID Number and the services that are supported. These columns let you view assigned identities and manage the associated services (Fig. 1).
Identity column
The Identity column shows the identity currently assigned to a DID number. An identity is required for certain services, such as Emergency Calling, A2P SMS, CNAM, or when regulatory registration is required for phone numbers.
Note
The same identity is used for all services connected to that number.
Services column
The Services column shows icons representing the status of additional services available for the DID number, such as Emergency Calling , A2P SMS , and CNAM . Each icon indicates the current status of the service, and hovering over the icons provides more details.
Note
If an icon is not displayed in the Services column, it indicates that the corresponding service is not supported for the DID number.
Service icon status indicators:
Gray service icons: The service is supported but not yet enabled. To activate and set up the service (e.g., Emergency Calling, A2P Campaign, or CNAM), end-user details need to be assigned.
Yellow service icons: The end-user details have been assigned, and the service is either in “New” or “In Process” status, meaning the request is under review to enable the service.
Red service icons: The verification is in “Changes Required” status for Emergency and A2P SMS services, indicating that end-user details must be updated and resubmitted. For CNAM, the red icon shows that the request to remove CNAM has been received and is in pending closure status.
Status definitions for each service:
When you hover over the icon, you can quickly view the service status, create a request to enable the service, or click the name to open the details page for an existing service request.
Billing Cycles
The Billing Cycles feature allows users to specify how many times a DID number will renew automatically before the subscription expires. By default, newly purchased DID numbers are set to Unlimited billing cycles.
Note
On the expiration date of a DID, the remaining billing cycles will decrement by one.
The DID service will continue to renew automatically as long as there are billing cycles remaining. Once the remaining billing cycles reach zero, the DID status will change to Delayed Service Removal and the number will be moved to the Expiring Soon section.
The maximum value for the billing cycle count is 999. To set an unlimited number of billing cycles, leave the field empty.
Steps to set billing cycles for DID Numbers:
In the menu sidebar, expand the Phone Numbers section and select My Numbers.
Select the DID numbers for which billing cycles should be set.
Open the Batch Actions menu and select Set Number of Billing Cycles.
Specify the number of billing cycles for which the DID number should renew automatically. The length of each renewal is determined by the billing period set for the DID number. Once done, click Confirm.
Note
The Batch Actions feature allows you to efficiently update multiple DIDs at once.
To avoid service interruptions, regularly check the Expiring Soon tab for DIDs nearing the end of their billing cycles.
Restore Terminated DIDs
Note
You can restore only manually canceled DID numbers.
If the number has active service time, you can restore it right away at no additional cost.
The numbers remain in the Service Aging Pool (SAP) for 34 days after the expiration date.
Steps to restore the DID numbers:
In the menu sidebar, expand the Phone Numbers section and select My Numbers.
Select the Terminated tab at the top to quickly filter the DID numbers, and then locate the DID number you want to restore.
In the Actions column, click the button, and then select Restore (see Fig. 1).
A pop-up screen will appear (Fig. 2). Submit the request to restore the terminated DID(s).
Renew DIDs

You can renew DID numbers at any time.
Expired numbers remain in the Service Aging Pool (SAP) for 34 days.
