Available DIDs

Use the Available DIDs resource to retrieve DID phone numbers that are currently available in the DIDWW inventory.

An Available DID represents a specific DID phone number that can be selected before ordering. Available DIDs are used when a DID Group supports number selection and the customer needs to choose a specific phone number instead of ordering from a DID Group without selecting the number.

Available DIDs are commonly used before creating a DID Reservation or an order. Use them to search available phone numbers, select a specific DID, reserve it when required, and continue the DID ordering flow.

Note

Available DID requests are not enabled by default. To request access to this feature, contact DIDWW Customer Service or Sales.

Retrieve all Available DIDs

Retrieves all Available DIDs matching the request filters.

Use this endpoint to search specific DID phone numbers that are currently available for selection and reservation.

Retrieve Available DID

Retrieves a specific Available DID by its unique ID.

Use this endpoint when you already know the Available DID ID and need to retrieve details for a selected phone number before reservation or ordering.

Common Available DID use cases

Use case	Description
Search selectable DID numbers	Retrieve specific DID phone numbers that are currently available in DIDWW inventory.
Select a phone number before ordering	Use Available DIDs when a customer needs to choose a specific DID phone number.
Prepare a DID reservation	Use the selected Available DID before creating a DID Reservation, when reservation is required.
Continue the ordering flow	Use the selected DID number together with DID Group and Stock Keeping Unit data before creating an order.
Check number-level availability	Confirm that a specific DID phone number is still available before reservation or ordering.
