Emergency Calling

To begin configuring emergency calling service, navigate to “Emergency Calling” section in the user panel and click on “Create New” (Fig. 1).

Step 1. You will be prompted to enter the Service details (Fig. 2).

  • Friendly name - a desired name for your emergency calling service.

  • Country - country of emergency calling service.

  • Number type - the type of DID number, which emergency calling service is being set up for.

After entering all the required details, a window will appear displaying the estimated time for verification, as well as the setup and monthly fees for each number.

Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 2. You will be prompted to add verification details, which will be assigned to your DID number(s) (Fig. 3).

Click on the Identity and Address fields. Select a relevant Identity and Address, and click “Next” to proceed . If no Identities/Addresses have been previously created click “Create New” in the dropdown menu.

Step 3. You will be prompted to select the Source Numbers (DIDs) for which you wish to enable Emergency Calling service. (Fig. 4).

You may use “DID Number”, as well as “Description” fields to filter out specific DIDs.

Once the desired DIDs have been selected (Fig. 4), add them to “Selected source numbers” list, by using the arrows, located between the lists (Fig. 5).

Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 4. Here you may review the summary of your request - i.e. Service and verification details, the selected DIDs, as well as the pricing (Fig. 6).

Click “Submit” to complete the request.
