You may update your account profile and billing address by selecting “Account Settings” in the Management Portal (Fig. 1). Changes can be made to your personal data, password, contact e-mail, company information and billing details. You may also subscribe or unsubscribe to our “News and Updates” email service.
Note that changes to your username or the country listed for your billing address are not permitted. To modify these settings, please contact our Billing Department at email@example.com or Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
