Termination CDRs

phone.systems™ provides detailed termination call records that help you monitor outbound call attempts, review call outcomes, and troubleshoot failed terminations.

Important

The date and time displayed in Termination CDRs are based on the time zone settings of the device in use. For example, if the device is set to UTC+1, the CDRs will appear in the UTC+1 time zone.


Call Log Filters

Various filters are available to help you quickly locate specific termination call records.

You can use any of the following filters:

Field

Description

Time Range

Predefined or custom range of dates and times to filter termination calls (for example, Today, Last 24 hours, This week, or a custom range).

Status

Filters calls by termination result (Success or Fail).

Source Number

Filters calls by the calling (source) number.

Destination Number

Filters calls by the dialed destination number.

Gateway

Filters calls by the gateway used for call termination.

Tip

You can filter multiple values in number fields by entering values separated by commas (,) or spaces. For example, enter 123, 456 or 123 456 to filter multiple entries in a single field.


Call Logs

The Termination CDRs table displays detailed information about each outbound call attempt.

The following fields are available in the Call Logs view:

Field

Description

Time Start

The date and time when the call attempt started.

Time Connect

The date and time when the call was connected.

Time End

The date and time when the call ended.

Duration

The total duration of the call in seconds.

Status

The termination result of the call (Success or Fail).

Disconnect Code

The response code returned when the call was disconnected.

Disconnect Reason

A short description explaining why the call ended.

Source Name

The name associated with the calling party, if available.

Source Number

The phone number used as the calling (source) number.

Destination Number

The phone number that was dialed.

Route

The route used to process the termination call.

Gateway

The gateway used to terminate the call.

Call ID

The unique identifier assigned to the call.
