# Inbound trunks reference

Use this reference to review the tabs, filters, fields, values, and actions
available under **Voice > Inbound Trunks** in the DIDWW User Panel.

The **Trunks** tab lists individual SIP, PSTN, and phone.systems(TM) trunks
together with Trunk Groups. Expand a Trunk Group to review and manage its
member trunks.

## Page sections

| Section | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Trunks | Lists inbound trunks and Trunk Groups. Use this section to create, find, review, edit, or delete trunks and Trunk Groups. |
| Number Lists | Opens the Number Lists section used to allow or reject calls according to the calling number, prefix, or number length. See [Number lists](number-lists/index.html). |
| Routing Settings | Opens Preferred Server Routing settings for selecting the DIDWW Points of Presence available for inbound SIP delivery. See [Configure Preferred Server routing](sip-trunks/how-to-guides/configure-preferred-server-routing.html). |

## Filters

Use the controls above the table to narrow the displayed trunks and Trunk
Groups. Filters can be combined.

| Filter | Filter condition | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Search | Text input | Filters the list by the entered trunk or Trunk Group name. |
| [Type](#inbound-trunks-type-values) | Single-select filter | Filters the list by the selected **Type** value. **Any** does not restrict the results by type. |
| CLI Number List | Single-select filter | Shows trunks assigned to the selected Number List. **Any** does not restrict the results by Number List assignment. |

## Main fields

| Field | Access | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Name | Editable | The friendly name used to identify the trunk or Trunk Group. A Trunk Group name includes the number of member trunks and can be expanded to show those trunks. |
| Destination | Read-only in the list | The configured delivery destination. A Static Endpoint SIP trunk shows its SIP URI, a Dynamic Registration trunk shows **SIP Registration**, and a PSTN trunk shows its `tel:` destination and per-minute rate. The field is empty when a separate destination does not apply. |
| [Type](#inbound-trunks-type-values) | Read-only | The type of trunk or Trunk Group. |
| Capacity Limit | Editable for SIP trunks, PSTN trunks, and Trunk Groups | The maximum number of simultaneous calls allowed through the trunk or Trunk Group. **Unlimited** indicates that no capacity limit is configured for that trunk or Trunk Group. phone.systems(TM) trunks have no Capacity Limit setting and always show **Unlimited**. |
| Weight | Editable for Trunk Group members | The relative selection weight for member trunks with the same priority. Higher values increase the likelihood that a trunk is selected. See [Trunk Group settings reference](trunk-groups/trunk-group-settings-reference.html). |
| Priority | Editable for Trunk Group members | The routing order within a Trunk Group. Trunks with lower values are tried first. See [Trunk Group settings reference](trunk-groups/trunk-group-settings-reference.html). |
| CLI Number List | Editable for SIP and PSTN trunks | The Number List assigned to the trunk for inbound calling-number filtering. Empty when no Number List is assigned. See [Configure number lists](number-lists/how-to-guides/configure-number-lists.html). |
| Credentials | Read-only, Dynamic Registration only | Opens the registration credentials generated for a Dynamic Registration SIP trunk. See [View SIP registration credentials](sip-trunks/how-to-guides/view-sip-registration-credentials.html). |
| Actions | Contextual | Opens the actions available for the selected trunk or Trunk Group. |

### Type values

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Trunk Group | A Trunk Group that combines SIP or PSTN trunks. See [Trunk groups](trunk-groups/index.html). |
| SIP | An inbound SIP trunk that delivers calls to a Static Endpoint or to a dynamically registered SIP destination. See [SIP trunks](sip-trunks/index.html). |
| PSTN | An inbound PSTN trunk that forwards calls to a telephone number. See [PSTN trunks](pstn-trunks/index.html). |
| phone.systems | An inbound trunk that delivers calls to a phone.systems(TM) PBX. See [phone.systems(TM) trunks](phone-systems-trunks/index.html). |

## Actions

Open the **Actions** menu next to a trunk or Trunk Group. The available
actions depend on the trunk type or Trunk Group and, for SIP trunks, the
routing method.

| Action | Availability | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Call Logs | Trunks and Trunk Groups | Opens inbound call records associated with the selected trunk or Trunk Group. See [Inbound Call Logs](../../logs-analytics/call-logs/inbound-logs.html#inbound-cdr-logs). |
| Edit | Trunks and Trunk Groups | Opens the selected trunk or Trunk Group for configuration. See the management guide for [SIP trunks](sip-trunks/how-to-guides/manage-sip-trunks.html), [PSTN trunks](pstn-trunks/how-to-guides/manage-pstn-trunks.html), [phone.systems(TM) trunks](phone-systems-trunks/how-to-guides/manage-phone-systems-trunks.html), or [Trunk Groups](trunk-groups/how-to-guides/manage-trunk-groups.html). |
| View Registration history | Dynamic Registration SIP trunks | Opens the successful SIP registration intervals recorded during the last seven days. See [View registration history](sip-trunks/how-to-guides/view-registration-history.html). |
| Delete | Trunks and Trunk Groups | Opens the deletion confirmation for the selected trunk or Trunk Group. When deleting a Trunk Group, choose whether to keep or delete its member trunks. See [Manage Trunk Groups](trunk-groups/how-to-guides/manage-trunk-groups.html). |

Select one or more trunks and click **Batch Actions > Delete Trunk(s)** to
delete them together. Trunk Groups cannot be selected for batch deletion.
Review the selection carefully because deletion cannot be undone.
