Create SMPP SMSC Trunk

Step 1. Under the “Trunks” section, select “SMS Trunks”, then “+Add SMS Trunk ” > “SMPP SMSC” (Fig. 1).

Step 2. You will be prompted to enter your SMPP SMSC Trunk details (Fig. 2).

  • Trunk name – SMSC Trunk name to identify it on your DIDWW user panel.

  • System ID, System Type, Password parameters are auto-generated, also they can be replaced manually to your desired values and are used during authentication in SMPP binding.

  • Host – your SMSC server’s public IP address or domain.

  • Transceiver Mode – enable Tranceiver transaction mode, by default it is Transmitter mode.

  • TX Port – Transmitter or Transceiver port (depending on transactions type used).

  • RX Port – Receiver Port is used only when Transceiver mode enabled.

  • Connection Timeout – timeout value between TCP connection retries.

Step 3. Click “Submit” to complete trunk configuration.
