The SMS Campaign option on the user panel allows you to create, manage, and track your A2P (application-to-person) messaging campaigns.
Step 1. Navigate to SMS Campaigns section in the menu, in the window that appears click on “Create New” button.
Step 2. In the new window enter the following details (Fig.1.):
Campaign Name: The friendly name of the campaign.
Campaign Target Country: The target country for your campaign.
Sender ID type: The type of the Sender ID used for this campaign, the following are available:
Long-code: Applicable for standard mobile number.
Alphanumeric: Applicable for Alphanumeric Sender-ID (e.g. MyBusiness).
Step 3. Once all details have been entered click “Next” to continue registration.
Step 4. In the “Verification Details” step, the following details need to be provided:
Identity: The business identity that will be used for SMS Campaign registration.
Address: The address of the business.
Step 5. Download and fill in the SMS Campaign form. Once the form is filled, upload it from your computer. (Fig. 2.)
Step 6. Once all details have been entered click “Next” to continue registration.
The following step is applicable if you have selected “Alphanumeric” as Sender ID type in Step 2.
Step 7. Enter the Sender ID that will be used for SMS Campaign. Please note that Sender ID cannot be modified after creating the SMS campaign. (Fig. 3.)
Step 8. Select the DID numbers from the menu on the left that will be used for this SMS Campaign. Once completed click on the “Next” button to continue registration. (Fig. 4.)
Step 9. Select the SMS Trunk that will be used for this SMS Campaign. Once completed click on the “Next” button to continue registration. (Fig. 5.)
Step 10. In the summary window the details and the cost of your campaign will appear. Click on “Submit” button to complete the registration. (Fig. 6.)
