Managing Capacity Limits¶
There is a possibility to limit your concurrent capacity per DID Number. This limitation may be setup per single or multiple DID numbers.
Single DID¶
To setup the capacity limit for a single DID Number, navigate to the DID Numbers section in the DIDWW User Panel and click on the “Three Dots” in the action tab next to the required DID Number. In the dropdown menu select “Manage DID” option. (Fig. 1)

Note
The “Available Capacity” field value only limits the DID numbers concurrent capacity, it does not increase the available capacity. To remove the capacity limitations, remove the numerical value in the field.
Multiple DIDs¶
To setup the capacity limit for multiple DID numbers, navigate to the DID Numbers section in the DIDWW User Panel, select the required DIDs and click on batch actions. In the dropdown menu select “Update Capacity Limit” (Fig. 3).

The numerical value in the “Capacity Limit” field will be the limit of your concurrent calls. To remove the capacity limitations, remove the numerical value in the field.
