Call Logs
CDRs (Call Detail Records) may be accessed be selecting “Call Logs” in the Management Portal(Fig. 1). These CDRs contain accurate and detailed call history such as when the call took place, the call duration, and the source and destination phone numbers.
Users may access specific CDRs according to the call direction and date range, and filters such as the source and destination phone numbers, the type of call and the call status may be applied. In addition, CDRs may be exported in .csv format.

Note
Please note that CDRs are limited to current + 2 last months.
CDR Exports are archived in .gz file format, which can be extracted using compression software such as Winzip, Winrar, 7-Zip, etc.

CLI – Caller ID sent from the customer’s gateway and forwarded to a destination network, it may be altered if specified in the outbound trunk settings (Replace CLI).
Call Type – Call types differ based on the called destination country:
International – call from US to the UK will be treated as an international call
Local – call from the US to the US will be treated as a local call
Origin based – applies to calls within the EEA.
