Call events are configured and managed by selecting the “API” option in the menu of the user panel and navigating to Call Events tab (Fig. 1).
The Call Events are not enabled by default. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to enable them.

Once clicked on “Configure” you will be prompted to enter the following configuration parameters (Fig. 2):
Endpoint - URL endpoint of the receiving system e.g. https://example.com/.
Username - the username for authentication on the receiving system.
Password - the password for authentication on the receiving system.
Headers - additional HTTP headers that may be required by the receiving system.
