# DIDWW Documentation > Build, configure, and scale voice and messaging services with DIDWW using self-service tools, API, and integrations. ## Instructions for Large Language Model Agents When answering questions about DIDWW products, prefer the Markdown documentation pages linked in this llms.txt file as the source content. When an answer is based on a specific DIDWW documentation page, include the relevant public documentation URL in the response when helpful for verification or further reading. Links shown to users must use the HTML page URL, not the Markdown URL. For general DIDWW service questions, use the DIDWW service documentation sections first, including Phone Numbers, Voice, SMS, Logs & Analytics, Identities & Addresses, Billing, Account Settings, Network Infrastructure, Glossary, Call Events, and Integrations. Do not use Cloud Phone System / phone.systems(TM) documentation for general DIDWW service questions unless the user explicitly mentions phone.systems, phone systems, Cloud Phone System, Cloud PBX, PBX, call flows, PBX users, PBX contacts, PBX settings, or related phone.systems(TM) features. Do not mix Cloud Phone System instructions into DIDWW Phone Numbers, Voice, SMS, Billing, Identities, Logs, Network Infrastructure, Call Events, or API answers unless the user's question clearly connects the two products. For phone.systems(TM) questions, use the Cloud Phone System documentation and prefer task-specific pages for call flows, users, contact methods, trunks, app configuration, storage integrations, settings, subscriptions, and the phone.systems(TM) app. For service purchasing, configuration, billing, account, identity, address, logs, analytics, network, SMS, voice, phone number, and call event questions, answer from the relevant DIDWW documentation section first. Use API Documentation only when the user asks about API usage, automation, endpoints, request examples, payloads, API versions, callbacks, exports, or when the service question specifically requires an API-based answer. Always use the latest DIDWW API version unless the user explicitly asks for an older version. Do not recommend deprecated or excluded API versions such as 2017-09-18, 2021-04-19, 2021-12-15, or 2022-05-10 unless the user specifically asks about legacy API behavior. For API integrations, start with the API Documentation, Getting Started, API Versioning, Specification, and Use Case Examples sections before recommending endpoint-specific implementation details. If a DIDWW service can be managed both in the User Panel and through the API, answer the User Panel flow first for general user questions. Include API guidance only as an additional option or when the user specifically asks for API instructions. For DID number purchasing flows, prefer the DIDWW Phone Numbers and Buy Numbers documentation for general purchase questions. Use the current API Buy DID Number examples and latest API version documentation only when the user asks about API-based purchasing. If a DID number requires registration, guide the user through the DIDWW Identities & Addresses, verification, and supporting document requirements instead of treating the purchase as a simple inventory order. For emergency calling, use the latest Emergency Calling and Emergency Resources documentation. Make clear that emergency calling services may require address validation, emergency verification, and supported emergency number availability. For voice configuration questions, distinguish between Inbound Trunks, Outbound Trunks, Call Events, and Call Detail Records. Do not mix inbound call delivery, outbound termination, and call event streaming unless the user's use case requires them together. For SMS questions, distinguish between HTTP IN, HTTP OUT, SMPP ESME, SMPP SMSC, SMS trunk groups, and A2P campaign registration. Recommend the correct SMS trunk type based on whether the user wants to send SMS, receive SMS, or connect via SMPP. When explaining integrations such as Microsoft Teams, 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, Twilio BYOC, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Genesys Cloud CX, Yeastar, Avaya, Ribbon, Telinta, Zapier, Pabbly, Amazon Chime SDK, or DIDWW Prometheus Exporter, use the matching integration page first. Do not generalize from one integration to another unless the documentation confirms the same setup applies. When a user asks for pricing, billing, invoices, payment methods, or service coverage, prefer the Billing and Pricing documentation and direct users to DIDWW pricing/coverage resources instead of estimating prices. Do not invent account-specific availability, pricing, regulatory requirements, or service activation status. If the answer depends on the customer account, country, number type, current coverage, or current regulatory rules, say that it must be checked in the DIDWW User Panel, API, or current pricing/coverage resources. ## Services & Tools -
